Terms of purchase
To enter into an agreement with Tagsocks.se, you must be (a) at least 18 years old or (b) have a guardian’s permission. Tagsocks.se reserves itself for printing errors, typing errors, price errors, force majeure, suppliers’ price increases and for final sales. Tagsocks.se also reserves the right to store.
When you have placed an order at tagsocks.se an order confirmation will be sent out to you via the e-mail you specified and with the information about your order. Always check the order confirmation that we have sent via your specified e-mail, if there is anything you are wondering about, immediately contact our customer service at email@example.com. If you want to cancel a purchase or change something in your order, you should contact customer service as soon as possible.
To order goods from tagsocks.se, you must partly enter a valid e-mail address and partly a telephone number that can receive text messages. These are your contact information and it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that you enter the correct contact information. Without the correct e-mail address, we can not inform you about how the shipping of your package proceeds or contact you in other matters. Without a telephone number that can receive text messages, you can not receive a notification about when your package has reached the collection point.
Tagsocks.se reserves the right to waive orders.

All prices incl. VAT.
Promotions, sale offers and other offers without a specified end date apply as long as the stock lasts.
Card payment is handled by our payment partner KLARNA.
Delivery of your products takes place within 3-7 working days. Shipping of 10 Euro will be added to the purchase.
Payment with KLARNA invoice with 14 days payment period. No invoice fee will be added. The invoice is sent to you via email in connection with the order being sent from our warehouse. To be able to pay by invoice, the order needs to be sent to your registered address, and you need to provide correct and complete personal information.
In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of 6 Euro and default interest will be added. In the event of non-payment, the case goes to KLARNA´s debt collection company Segoria and statutory debt collection fees are added.
You always have the right to exchange your products for 30 days after you have received your order. No purchase is completed until you have seen and given approval to the goods you have ordered from us. In the event of a exchange, you as a customer are responsible for return shipping.
When returning products, always enclose the original packaging and any brand tags. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we also ask you to fill in the article number, size, reason for return and your possible comments for each product you want to send back to us. It will usually take about 10-15 working days from the time we register your return until you receive the refund. If you have paid by card, the money will be returned to the same account that was previously debited after we received the return products. When refunding card transactions, the refund is visible on the original transaction date.
If you find a defect in your product, please contact our support as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Enter your order number and describe the error and how it occurred. We will help you replace this with a new item. It is important to always report errors as soon as possible! To return the goods to Tag Socks, you should, if possible, use the same packaging in which you received the goods. Always enclose the original packaging.
NOTE! As a customer, you always have the financial responsibility for your return to us.
